Piano Log 9 Week 26

Improvements I made:

• Overall rhythm of Fianle (besides the triplet)
• Controlling left and right hand dynamics (especially for O Sole Mio!)

Improvements I need:

• Triplet part for Finale (count mainly the main beats)
• Play the swing at a consistent and noticeably for the long notes (Whatever piece)
• Don’t mistake ‘a’ in Finale read it as a low ’e’
• Playing the broken chords in (Hava nagila) play correct fingering.

Pieces:

• Hava Nagila (try p.g 2)
• Finale (as a revision)
• Whatever (try more bars)
• Try any other following pieces after
• Pedaling and broken etude (as a exercise)

Practice:

• Scale (especially try two octaves for the other majors)
• Pedals (practice it on finished pieces)
• reading notes on the ledger line

Learn’t:

• tenuto (put slight emphasis)
• Notes above the ledger line
